Andy has 30+ years of experience in real estate sales, marketing and advertising. During his career Andy has sold over $750 million of real estate. In addition to his sales experience, Andy has leased office, industrial and retail property and developed and managed a number of commercial properties. His experience includes the development of South County Commons in RI, an 850,000 square foot lifestyle center which includes retail space, offices, a hotel, apartments , senior housing and luxury condominiums. Additionally, Andy has provided consulting and marketing advice to many clients.
Prior to joining RE/MAX Commercial and forming Spinnaker Healthcare Advisors, Andy owned Spinnaker Group, a real estate company based in Sharon, MA, for since 1995. Before embarking on his real estate career, Andy worked for several large advertising agencies. His clients included AT&T, American Express, Sony, Nikon, Harvard Business School and Miller Brewing Company. Andy earned a Bachelors Degree in Marketing from Providence College and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Clarkson University, with a concentration in IS and Marketing. Andy is a member of the Board of Directors of the Foxboro, YMCA the Board of Managers of the Hockomock YMCA and the Board of the New England chapter of CCIM. Andy is married with four children. He is a long time sports coach and is a die hard NE Patriots fan. |

Mike is a licensed Real Estate Professional. He is a graduate of Suffolk University in 1979 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. His work history includes eighteen years with the Children’s Medical Center, the parent company to Boston’s Children’s Hospital in the accounting and finance group.
Mike has been specializing in value add brokerage in the healthcare field for the past 22 years. Mike seeks off-market opportunities for his client’s and prepares preliminary underwriting and fact finding….Mike’s passion for success is exhibited through all facets of his professional and personal life. He has earned a reputation of being friendly and professional with integrity and a vision of financial analytics. He currently resides with his wife in Rhode Island. He also has four children who have given him great pride. |

Phil has 30+ years of experience in sales and management with Fortune 500 companies including Xerox and IBM. He has led national sales teams in the area of information technology and won numerous top performer awards. Recently, he transitioned to Spinnaker Healthcare Advisors in a management role, and as VP of Sales is responsible for bringing New-to-PPE U.S. manufacturers to market.
Phil graduated from Providence College with a BA in Math and Computer Science in 1982, and earned an MBA/IS from Marist College in 1986. Phil has been actively involved in the lacrosse community as owner of PRO Lacrosse, coach at the high school and college level, and player. He continues to compete with the Titans Lacrosse Club. Interesting Fact: Phil was awarded the Carnegie Hero Medal For Heroism in 2018. |
